Moving to Missouri want to raise peafowl

We will have acreage for peafowl, probably a barn that I hope to convert a stall or two into a pen for peafowl. Would like advice on what to DO and what NOT to do to have happy, healthy peafowl. I have raised chickens in the past and plan to have a few as well. Looking to add ducks to the mix down the road. Our location will be Central to southern areas of Missouri. Can't wait!
