Yea, I know. I know... It's 12:45AM. Been getting ready for the baby I will be watching often now. There are two young couples that need a babysitter. One is 2, in the other family, there is a like 11 or 12 mo. Idk, it's been a while since I talked to her, (the mom) and a five year old. Planning where to put the playpen, baby gate, and where to put the high chair. To where it's out of the way. I think I might become more like a nanny to the one with 2 kids. See, she works across the street from the house. She has a VERY small office, and HAS TO take her kids to work. I'm here to help. And the lovely woman with the 2yo, needs some time off, like any mom. Wish me luck. If you don't hear from me in a week, send in the CSI! Lol! (Tell them to look in the chicken coop!)

You really know you have a friend for life when someone listens to you sob for almost two hours on the phone. Been up for 20 hours straight now today. At 5am my g-ma called for help, and said her back was hurting REALLY BAD! We gave her Advil, then she went back to sleep a while later, she felt better and wanted to get up to use the bedside toilet. I tell you, that was all me and my mom could do to even get her up. We called several Drs and they all said the same thing. ER NOW! We called an ambulance, and then went to the er. When we were in the er, she had sever back pain, but it got better, and by the time about two hours went by, she was not in pain. They found out (I can't spell it right) that she has Pneumonia in her right lung, and a UTI. They admitted her. Once we got up to her room, she was doing her hands in the air like a crazy woman, (no disrespect whatsoever...) and I asked her what she was doing, and she said she had to paint this picture. Ok..... Then she was doing something else with her hands. Again I asked, and she said she needed to fold all this laundry. (She was pointing at the wall...) I told her thank you, but she should wait till later, cause she needed to rest, and she stopped. Then again with the hands, me and my mom watched, and she was "Sewing" in the air. Then the nurse asked her if she knew where she was, and she said she was home. Tonight when they gave her dinner, she only ate five bites, and we had to feed her. She didn't know how to hold the spoon right, and she almost missed and poked her eye with the fork. Later when we went back, she said "Hi 'Filly' I had a good idea!" I said 'you mean silly?' "No Filly..." She wasn't joking.

Idk, this might be it... I don't want her to go yet... I'll keep you all posted...

I have heard that a UTI in the elderly can cause symptoms of delirium and confusion. I'll keep your Grandma in my prayers. Oh, and by the way, you spelled pneumonia correctly. Kudos!!!
