idk, I think just sprained. It hurts a little, but not bad.

Oh! Last night I moved our chicks into the big chicken coop! They love it, but... It's close to 100* right now, so they are panting. I have no idea how to keep them cool besides leaving the door open and misting them. What do you think?

Oh! Get a frozen water bottle and stick it in there, they should cuddle up with it (maybe) and it should cool them down. Another thing for them to beat the heat is to fill an old *shallow* tub with cool water, and place them in there-- they should get the hang of it, and start wading in there!

So... My great aunt came to see my G-ma for Mother's day! I was soooo shocked! I had no idea! We're having a great time! I'm alright, but the heat is getting to my head. I have had a headache since Friday when I hit my head getting into the car. I'm doing okay though.

Owwww!!!!! In the baby chick pen, there was a board with a nail sticking up, and I stepped on it! It was a semi-rusty nail. The last time I had a tetnus shot was in 2001, so that means I need a new one. Great. I am like scared to death of needles. I know, that sounds childish, but it is a REAL fear of mine. Oh well, better than getting sick. With all the junk on our property, and I spend like ALL my time outside, I guess it's better to get it over with and not have to be concerned for 10 years. I just have to not focus on what is happening and be happy about something else, even though I am not totally happy with the situations that I am in right now... Have a good night everyone, be blessed...

Yes that is one of the few shots you get as an adult that hurts, anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, believe it or not it is a direvitive of horse blood, they have horses infected that they draw the blood from refine it and inject people with it to bild up the anti-bodies, there are some people whom are allergic to it and the government pays people to be sick and use their blood for the allergic people. the only reason I remember I was a kid when they dicovered aids and there where people freaking out for good reason when they figured it spread from person to person thru bodily fluids because they got the human dirivitive rather than the horse version.
