Is anyone interested in taking Mr.Bobblehead? I hate to have to cull him, he is a nice boy and pretty.There is simply no room for him here. I can't leave him with the pullets because I can't take the chance of him breeding them. I can't put him with the cockerals, because that would only be temporary and he would be picked on. All those cockerals will eventually be sold or used in breeding and the pen will be emptied for raising next year. Husband is having major surgery in about two weeks, and will have a long recovery, so whatever is going to happen to him will happen before then. It's time for me to get rid of what I can't keep. Like I said, he is holdable, isn't squawky, doesn't peck, etc.
If it's a hen why do you have to cull her.. Why not put her in with your hens?! Pretty sure it's a hen.. Problem solved
