Mrs. G need HELP Please!

Mrs. G is beeing attacked by Mr. G and by our male ducks. Why is this happening? They have been raised together form babies. Can someone please give me some advice on how to fix this problem is it can be fixed. Should I not have th ducks with everyone else. I have 5 chickens, 2 Guinies, and 3 ducks. I have seporated her from the rest. What should I do next? Please help.....

I know that birds will peck at blood, so I would first put her in a hospital pen to keep the others away from her head. The male can hang around the outside to comfort her but not peck her head.

I treat my birds with any kind of salve (Neosporin) or wound dressing (like sprays for horses) that I have on hand. Once she has stopped bleeding and such they should leave her alone, if they don't you have behavioral issues to work on.
