That orangey material looks like intestinal shed which can be seen from time to time. A single dropping like that would not be too much to get excited about. How old are your chickens, and are they all active, eating and drinking? If you see more of it or any bright red blood, or if any are acting lethargic or puffed up, then I would get some Corid liquid or powder to treat for possible coccidiosis.

They range from 20 weeks to 14 weeks , all have a wide area to roam and everyone has been eating and drinking fine . I checked all of them to see if they were acting weird
