multiple roos in a flock

You need to separate the 3 young cockerels.I have raised lots of young roosters,and once they have a chicken put into line,they will bully it. Eventually as they aged and figured out how to court hens,the chicken that is being bullied,instantly is treated differently.They are probably are putting her in her place just too violently because she is so weak.My 3 month old cockerel takes advantage of any hen who he has over come in the pecking order (The weak and old hens),he bullies them every chance he gets.

I suggest sepereting the 3 cockerels,and also 5 roosters to 11 hens is not a good ratio,you need to downsize to probably just 2,or make bachelor pad for any extra roosters.
