, hahahaa, sorry i'll stop it soon! I love thesauruses or thesauri!? Im really sad, i have been known to read through a dictionary and thesaurus before now. I'll do some more scouring the web to see what rescources i can find. So we can have like a good knowledge bank to work from. There must be something somewhere that is a teaching guide from early years study in italian. Over the weekend i will upload all the audio stuff i have from cd's. I'm trying to get hold of a scanner so i can scan in all the bbc italian workbook stuff as it corresponds with the cd. I think im getting too excited about this! How have you been doing lately anyhow? xx

Yup, one book seven languages, it's really pretty cool! It's French,Italian,German,Russian,Hebrew, Portuguese and Spanish. I don't think that's sad or weird at all, I like to read dictionary's Thesaurus (s) and encyclopedias as well, my dad said the first book he ever read as a kid was a dictionary so imagine the kind of home school teacher he is! Yeah my older brother is rather funny, he is just like me and the exact opposite all at once! Sounds impossible but oh so true! And I love the little icons too! Wish I could download more of them!

I'm excited about this too! I just sat down to reserve the books from the library, turns out they have most of them in the branch , I just need them to ship the books to our little town. They don't have the same Italian phrasebook but they do have a berlitz brand ( actually the brand I have been using for the other languages) so I think I'll reserve that one.

I am doing pretty well actually, besides my arm that is. I think I figured out what I did to it-I have this really bad habit of folding in on myself really really tight when I sleep. I use to fold my wrists in but I broke that habit and I usually wake up to unfold myself a few times in the night but I guess I just extra folded up on my shoulder. It really hurts, I think I almost moved it out of joint.. Oh well, I am a bit evil for using my injury to my advantage. Saturday is my neighbors daughter's seventh birthday and we always attend because Olivia (the girls name) really wants us to and every year she always wants to have a water balloon fight, I always have some reason for not wanting to get wet in front of about 30 adult strangers and this year I have the perfect one. To be extra sure I'll go ahead and hide with their horses as well, they like me well enough. Then on Sunday my parents have friends coming over and we are having a big grill/cook out, That should be fun, I get along with adults way better than I do children and teenagers and people my age. (hence I have no boyfriend!) Still waiting on that last goat to have her babies. Ohhhh!!!! Once I charge my camera I'll have to take a picture of my mushroom box!!

So is it just your dad who teaches you or your mum too? We're you home schooled from when you were little? That's so funny about you getting on better with older people. I'm exactly the same, I find most people my age very immature. Think that's why I'm with someone slit older than me. Though he can be pretty immature at times! It's quite a rarity to find someone a bit younger than me that I actually get on with. I've always had more guy friends than girls as well.

So can you get hold of the BBC one or do you want me to still try and sort it? That's great your library can get them for you.

Sounds like a good thing that you have a genuine excuse for getting out of the birthday water fights! I think I'd rather hang around with horses too. I hope you enjoy your grill out thing. Hopefully we're going to have a bbq on Mon and have my dad and sisters over. Just went out a got a load of food for it. Soon adds up!

ha it's so funny about your arm too. Well it's not funny really but strange. I have a habit of sleeping on my arm funny so that sometimes I can hardly move it and driving is near impossible. I sympathise as its so hard when your asleep to constantly keep a check on how your sleeping! You need lots of heat on it and I find rubbing the muscle near the pain helps.

I can get all of them expect for the BBC Active Italian. So if that's the one you were going to copy for me then yes please, but don't cause your self to much stress and trouble over it! Yeah it's my dad that teaches us and I have been home schooled since fourth grade, much prefer it.

Me to guys are way easier for me to understand and relate to than most girls, and if you pick em right, more fun to look at! Doing lot's of arm rubbing but I should probably put some more heat on it.

Craziest thing just happened, helped the mockingbirds chase off a bluejay that was trying to eat on of there chicks! Chick is alive and seems uninjured and the parents are proud and the jays are ashamed.

Hope you have a good bbq to! Would it be rude to ask how old your turning? Do you know about the astrological zodiac? It's kinda fun if you don't take it to seriously and depending on when your birthday is, is what sign you are. So how are you today? I feel like I never ask.

You ask me how I am all the time don't worry! Yeh I'm good thanks. Really tired, should have been asleep over an hour ago but couldn't help playing with the duckies. We put an extention on their brooder which they are happy with. It's just a bigger area for them to poop all over! I've noticed them sniffling abit so have just put a mug of water in there too. I think now they are all bigger they can't wash their nostrils in the drinker anymore. Have a feeling the mug will be on its side in the morning though!

Yeh I was on about the BBC active one so I'll still do that. I don't mind doing it. You just may have to bare with me till I've done it all!

What a horrible jay. Bet the chick had a bit of a shock!

Is forth grade the same as year 4 over here I wonder. Kids are normally about 8 or 9 in year 4.

No its not rude at all, I dont get why socially it is rude. I will be 26. Starting to feel old! Yeh I know about star signs and stuff. I'd be a Taurus. When you read them it fits but when you really read it again it's quite generalised. But the descriptions of the traits of certain signs seem to fit, same with the chinese years of animals. I have noticed that I seem to get on really well with Libra's and not so well with Aries, Capricorn and Sagittarius, which I think is what is says in the books too which is interesting. When's your birthday?

Hope that goat hurries up by the way! :)

HAHA That's funny, my birth day is December 30th, that makes me a Capricorn. I agree about it sometimes fitting (well, a lot of the time) but then sometimes the descriptions totally contradict themselves. Like it says that capricorns are very loyal and giving but they can also be dishonest and selfish....ookay?! In chinese astrology I'm a dog.

My ducks get sniffly like that to, your'e right about why. And yup fourth grade is fourth year...well wait a second, we have a kindergarten over here and that would make our fourth grade the fifth grade of school altogether, that's a bit confusing! Glad you are well and I hope you have a great day, funny talking to you I would never have guessed that you were 25 going 26. Sound so much wiser!

Really? How old would you think I am? 50!? Ha that's so funny your a Capricorn, I think I'm about to be proven wrong about that then! Is it annoying having a birthday so close to Christmas? In chinese I am the year of the rabbit!
Yeah before year one we have our equivalent if kindergarten called 'reception' so yeh I think year 4 would be the same.
I had to work today blurgh,I work one in three Saturdays so I guess it's not really that bad. Well unless it's nice weather like it was today, then it sucks! Apparently duckies had been lounging in the garden all day, when I came home they came charging up to me! They got really close to the big ducks today who I'm glad to say don't seem to give a monkies about the little ones. We've had kids last night pulling loose bricks out if the wall at the end of the garden so they can spy on the ducks! Cheeky buggers!
How did the party go today? Did you manage to get out of the water fights? Anywho I've just made a batch of yummy cookies, (I have to try and not eat them until Monday) and now ready for bed. Sleep well when you go! Night night x x x

I don't mean to say that you sound old, you just sound wise! That's funny I say "sound" when were actually writing! Jeez, kids pulling bricks out to spy on the ducks! Have they never seen one before?

Having my birthday around Christmas was annoying when I was younger, mostly because of not so nice side of the family that didn't even recognize my existence but LOVED my older brother loaded him up with presents and gifts all around Christmas and usually gave him more "late presents" on my birthday. You should see the pictures. Hilarious in retrospect. They didn't like me much. But then we moved and decided to adopt a different attitude towards Christmas, that why do we get loads of presents on someone elses birthday. So now we do a few community gifts and my birthday is my birthday again. Ever look at the astronomical symbology of Christmas and Easter? Really interesting if your a science freak like me!

I've always wondered how the big ducks get along with babies, I have never really given mine much of a chance but the chance they do get they pretty much ignore them. That's funny that you say a monkies *** We say that, and a rats ***. The party went better than I expected and worse than the little guys were hoping for! Turned out to be really cold and cloudy and rainy today so no water, we went up, said Happy Birthday, spent a little time and then left. The kids got to go on a horse wagon ride though and they really liked that.

Yum!! Cookies! I love cookies, what kind did you make?

That sucks you missed a beautiful day, what do you do for a living?

Sleep Well-fun talking to you as always

Yeh I know. I was saying to Angus the other day about our Italian mission I was like Yeh Megan and are are talking about... And it's not really talking at all lol.
I guess it is pretty unusual for people to have ducks in their back gardens, especially in the middle of a town. We've put more in now with bigger bits on the ends so that they can only be pulled out from our side! Ha in your face! I was spying on them last night, it's 2 boys about 7 and 10 maybe. U really wanted to shout 'boo' at them but I'm not that mean! One of them was really cheeky this is what one said:
Older boy "why don't you walk along that metal bar because if it holds your weight then I know it will hold mine" I'm the other side of the wall like don't do it! I didn't hear what he said but I didn't hear any screams! Yeh behind our garden wall is about a 5 foot drop which people behind have dumped loads of crap there, general rubbish, bricks, pushchairs, garage doors, car tyres it's awful. Glad we can't see it!

Glad the part was a wash out for your sake! That sounds horrible about your nasty side of family. Horrible people. No one should be treated like that. So where did you live before? The same state? So everyone else gets presents on people's birthdays? What are community gifts?

I've never heard of astrological symbology regarding Easter and crimbo I'll have to have a look now you've said that!

I made peanut butter and choc chip cookies. Sooooo good, it's an American recipe, you guys sure know how to make good cookies! I may have improvised a little and added smarties - do you have those?

I work in a family run gift shop (not my family) been there for about 9 years now. It's dead end but I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do. I know I'm capable of so much more. I can run that shop with my eyes shut. It's one of the things that gets me down.

Anyway I'm gunna get dressed and take myself off shopping for a nice casual dress. Ha mission impossible! I hate clothes shopping! Ttfn!

Garage doors?! Ha, ever dig through it and see what kind of treasures you find? Good you outsmarted them, silly kids!

My mom, older brother and I used to live in Pennsylvania, she divorced her husband, my biological father, and moved down to Florida, where she met my current dad. He's a really good person. They got married and we lived there for about a year I think, I was really little so I don't remember much. After Andrew was born we all moved up to South Carolina and have lived here since. First lived in the city, then moved to an in between place, and now we live "in the sticks" as I love to hear people say! Sorry when I said other people getting presents on someone elses birthday I meant the whole story about Christmas being the day Jesus was born and all, that was just my dad's way of curbing the Grandma that hated me. And Community gifts are things we buy that the whole family can enjoy together, one year it was a huge tent, another year it was a bunch of new board games. Stuff like that.

Would you believe that I have actually never thought to put smarties in the cookies!!! What a great idea-I love smarties candies!

What are some of the things you think about doing, I'm not sure what I want yet either. And ugh, I hate clothes shopping to, especially when it's for dresses. You can catch me in a dress about twice a year! And that's only because someone made me!
