Murderous Mamas

I have a Plymouth Rock sitting on eggs but each time one hatches she pecks it to death. Now my my mottled bantam Cochin did the same to one of her hatches. They continue to sit but should I remove the rest of the eggs? I've lost three

Yes, take the eggs away from them, and when you want to have chicks you need to find nicer hens.
