Awww! What a cute baby!

Well, both of my little yellow ones have pink bills, so I guess they will either be white, or white with dark caps on their heads. I can't wait to see how they turn out!

Also, the little chipmunk in your original picture. the one that looks like a baby mallard.

If I can see correctly, the feet on the darling are yellow/flesh colored, with no stripes on the feet. That points to a future black and white bird. In other words, not a pure "Wild Type", which is a drag.

Seems he/she carries a single gene for white. So, as you diagnosed in the OP.................
