The duck started laying about a week and a half ago, I got her as an adult so I'm not sure if this is her first time laying. She's layed constantly except for one day last week and today.

She's been bathing less and not following the other ducks as much. They are getting layer pellets, should the food be different?

Her belly is noticeably swollen today. She has been under a truck and I just noticed her making a 'coughing' like movement. Possibly contractions?

I have dura-pen, if an antibiotic is needed.

When you say "belly", do you mean the vent. It sounds that the duck may be egg bound.
Do you know how to treat this problem?

I was bit hesitant to say belly, in between her legs is quite swollen not necessarily her vent. She's pretty skittish so I'll have to scare her quite a bit to get her from under the truck.

Warm bath is usually how treating an egg bound duck goes from my knowledge. Should I lube up and check her vent?

Check the vent, but between her legs indicates a possible infection. Are her legs OK? Is the swelling localized or does the swelling spread out affecting the whole belly region? Look for a
wound too?

She a a slightly different gait yesterday. I now have to go on search for her. She was under a truck and I was trying to see if she would lay by her self. Now she's disappeared! I have to check under a few more vehicles to see if she's under them. Hopefully I find her soon.

I don't feel any injuries. It's swollen from below her vent to right in between her legs. I have now noticed she has a popping/crackling sound at the end of a breath. She is now in a crate separate from the other's.

It should be noted that she's always made a deep raspy honk like sound when 'talking', but she sounds different now.
