Are you in Katy, Texas? If so, I am in cypress/Tomball area.

I am so sorry you can't keep the duck. May I ask why you took him to begin with if you knew you couldn't keep him?
Unfortunately I do not know of any rescues in our area that will take him.

Well, I was hoping that I could release him @ the nearby pond (where his mother came from originally) but that’s not as easy as I thought... Learning more about them as I raised him, I realized that raising him by himself makes it harder to release like that, plus the city kind of frowns on people bringing ducks (even if that’s where they came from)... But when we found him I couldn’t just leave him, he was a brand new baby, he had fallen from the nest.. we tried putting him back, but couldn’t w out disturbing the mother & the nest that she was sitting on, so I had little choice at the time...

Not till Saturday, but I do have these... I got them at TSC yesterday to replace the two babies I got on Wednesday - they died even with me trying to save them
But these two seem healthy and strong!
The yellow ones are the first pair that I got to try to help them...

Now you know why I can’t get anywhere near TSC so sad they let them get that way. Bless your heart for trying to save them! Your new babies are sure cute are they KC? And your getting the little Muscovy that’s Awesome!!

Oh I knew not to go and I put it off as long as I could. But I needed duck food :/ only had enough left for one day...
I dont know what they are, but I wanna go get 2 more to even them out, and I'm really hoping they're all females. But because I want females, ya know they're gonna be males... just because when I wanted males they ended up females lol.
