Yes it is just try and be patient ducklings take their sweet time in hatching not like chicks that seem to pop out like pop corn
It is the next day now and I checked again, still no internal pip and I’ve stopped seeing movement in the dip, is that a bad sign or does the duckling get tired and takes breaks?

They do take breaks there is be no sure way of knowing if still alive other than opening the egg or seeing internal pip. Tell us how you incubated along with temps humidity etc. when you pick up the egg does it stay warm or turn cool pretty fast?

I incubated the egg on its side on an automatic turner, that rotates the egg a little every 90 minutes, at 100°F, 60-70% Humidity, and the egg does stay warm, also it doesn’t have a smell to it

I just said the same thing to someone else, that there’s not much you can do without an internal pip. The air cell dip is promising, but it’s very late. I hope you’ll continue to see movement / see an internal pip.
