I didn’t see this yet, I hope I didn’t mess up. I decided to pull and tear the membrane open with tweezers and I moistened the membrane with coconut oil beforehand, then I made I made the tear in the red circle where I thought the nostril was because i can see the end of the beak curving down and what looks like the beak line, was this wrong?

That looks right to me.

That looks right to me.
Alright so what do I do now? I’ve opened up the hole a lot more in the process and I’ve set it back into the incubator, should I patch up the hole? Should I wrap a wet paper towel around it? should I raise the humidity? It’s currently at ~70% right now

That's what I would have done. Is it alive?

You could wrap cling film over the hole you made and then poke a small hole through the cling film. Humidity should be fine.

Looking at the picture again I’ve realized I tore a hole in the wrong place, so I went back and tore it where I believe the nostril to actually be (circled red), this time I was able to recognize the whole duck head (I’ve outlined the bill and eye in blue) please let me know if this is correct!
