I don't think it's shrink wrapped. When the membrane dries out you can't see the veins like that. Plus those veins are a sign that it's not near ready to come out yet :)

OMG thank you! I just kept it in a warm wet paper towel and put it back under the silkie I have (its under the wing) that's keeping it warm. Just in case thank you for that, I'm literally shaking because of this

Unfortunately the silkie must've ripped a bit of the vessels seeing as its bleeding so I just got it wrapped in warm wet paper towel and I'm wetting the blood to keep it from coming out heavily and killing the ducklings any suggestions?

Apply very gentle pressure with a dry paper towel to the bleeding area and it should stop. I've had to do this before too, and it's always worked for me :)

thank you, it isn't bleeding anymore, when I put the dry paper towel to the area, only yellow stuff came up, no red blood, should I put the baby back with its mother instead of e silkie? Or should I like keep it in the house for a bit with a wet warm cloth?

It's too bad you don't have an incubator. Are the silkies broody? It really does need to be in a warm, humid area so it doesn't really become shrink wrapped. You might want to put it back with its mother so that it stays warm and humid.
