Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Thanks! My lil' darlin' has given me 1 egg every day since she laid her first egg this summer. She took about 5 days off when I removed all her would-be suitors from the pen, but started up again like clockwork. Another 3 weeks of laying wouldn't hurt my feelings at all! The yeast in my bread recipes loves 'em, too.
I bet that is some yummy bread.

Yup! BTW, when your brownies recipe calls for 2 eggs, DON'T use two Muscovy eggs unless you want "mile-high brownies"!

At what age can I expect the first molt from my Muscovies? It's been a hot summer with a few heavy showers, and both of them look like they got wet and someone dried 'em in a clothes dryer! I look at the pics here, and mine look like discarded dog toys.

I'm sure they are not that bad. I just noticed today that my dark ripple is looking odd. I assumed it was a molt. One of my chocolates the same age looks like the sun has bleached him.

I've never baked with Muscovy eggs. I've tried regular duck eggs but really couldn't tell a difference. I might do brownies now just so I can see, lol.

I've done that more like cake.lol
Seriously though, I'm gonna try it. Something I've noticed when I make brownies, they always come out flat like. Not like ones I've eaten that are about an " high
