Thank you. She was being very fidgety. She also talks a lot. I have never heard her hiss. It's like a Hugh pitch chirtle.

Very easy to tell drake from female size is a big giveaway. and thick legs, legs set apart under drake closer together under female to where she looks pigeon toed. Drakes hiss and huff and females make a trilling sound.

She's pretty small. And does look a little pigeon toed. But to me her legs are thick

Sounds like maybe a female then if she doesn't hiss or huff. Legs are kind of far apart though for female . So I will say I really m not sure we need @learycow expert opinion

Here's my Car Alarm (K). She's being her cute crazy bird brain self.

I have 1 duckling. "She" is a little over 4 months old. I don't know her sex and was wondering when to expect her to get her caruncle? She is an indoor duck and goes everywhere with me. I just flipped her wings because she really flies.

I have an indoor duck too! He is an Ancona drake.

Looks female to me for the age, but I'm no expert. You'll know for sure in not too much more time. It'll either stay about the same size it is now, or practically double.

This is newton. He gets camera shy as soon as I try to get him still for clear pics. Such a brat... I'm not sure if any of you wise folks can make an educated guess of whether he's actually a male by these photos. He never really honks, he does sometimes get very loud with his chirpy squeaky laugh noise. Mostly he just babbles.
