Does that mean more ducklings for you?

Yes. There are eight eggs. I tried to move her last night, but wasn't successful. I got pooped on and beat up. She's last year's duckling and not very tame.

If I can get an egg to candle when she's off the nest I will to see about how far along they are.

Ours hatched 24 in one batch, but she was sitting on 26 eggs. Youper,

They were all kinda light hatches this year. Most only 10. She hatched 12 then just stole babies from everyone else.

You guys have any boys with the red lumpy skin on the back of they neck? I just noticed it on two of last falls hatch.

Okay good. The one has little spots of it all the way around his neck. It looks kinda weird lol.

If they lose feathers around their necks from fighting etc not natural molting they can get the carnucles where the feather got pulled out

These are the pictures of moonpie when her feathers were new. There are pure blue ones and pure brown ones. Cant see the pure blue ones in this pic but they look like the dark brown one just blue. Not sure what color name is or the genetics involved to get more.
