Laughingdog, you're statements are not true about me. First off, I myself do not eat the eggs, however I have a long list of buyers who want eggs to eat, I also want eggs to incubate, secondly I am more then happy to rehome him, but for a price. Rarely do I do to good home anymore due to seeing things go wrongly. I bought myself 2 chocolate and got 2 for a friend of mine, my friend has yet to respond to me in 3 weeks, so I'm done trying. So those were not for me to begin with, but since he isn't getting them then I'm just going to keep them. I have let my 2 hens go broody once, but not doing that again, so a temp seperate place for ducklings isn't needed as I will be taking the eggs. Also I only have 8 ducks, let alone starting to build a much bigger pen for them. 6 females 2 males. Please make sure you know things before throwing things out there about my sistuation.
I put food where draco (bullied drake) is and I have seen him eat. Also they are EXTREMELY hard to catch due to not knowing me yet. They are still new and trying to figure things out. Once we establish a trust, then I would be more then happy to chase them to do whT's needed, but if not an emergency, I rather not brake trust that I'm trying to gain..
