Actually it depends on the bird how fast it grows, males can grow at the same rate as females. So :/

I was confused and couldn't tell what duck people were referring to. If you're referring to me as an expert, I am not, lol, I just have lots of ducks, chickens, peafowl, etc.I said it was a drake to. I'm glad we had an expert opinion.![]()
I love your ducks! Really pretty! I think she is a she. She's not that big, but others have said she looks boyish. I will be really sad if she turns out to be a hebut time will tell for sure. After I posted I looked up and saw muscovys don't have drake feathers, I didn't think they did, but boy that would be helpful! Lol![]()
