Muscovy keepers share your pics!

Here is a picture of all if them together. Elsa (the drake) is in the middle but here feather is blocked by Kristof.
Do muscovys get drake feathers? If they do Kristof so far doesn't have one.
Is this the duck in question? If so, it looks like a drake to me.

I said it was a drake to

. I'm glad we had an expert opinion.
I was confused and couldn't tell what duck people were referring to. If you're referring to me as an expert, I am not, lol, I just have lots of ducks, chickens, peafowl, etc.

I love your ducks! Really pretty! I think she is a she. She's not that big, but others have said she looks boyish. I will be really sad if she turns out to be a he

but time will tell for sure. After I posted I looked up and saw muscovys don't have drake feathers, I didn't think they did, but boy that would be helpful! Lol

I am quite familiar with the breed and while it can be hard to gain perspective with pictures i am not seeing much to indicate drake. Here i think i can get more pics up...

Drake in behind, duck in front

Drake in behind duck in front, these just hatched this June...

I can see if i can get more examples as my one clutch only has two drakes and at 2mths the drakes are as big if not bigger than their mama lol

Well when I know for sure if Kristof is a he or she I'll let everyone know. Her/him wings are all feathered and feathered early.... Like what they say for girl. She's not much bigger then are Ancona drake, the legs don't seem thick or spread apart to me, but these are our first ducks so I'm no expert. I am hoping she is a she because we already have one drake for sure and we want ducks for eggs. They are all three three months old. Time will tell. She is just by far the favorite and my son is in love with her, he would be really sad if she turns out to be a he and has to disappear.
