But I have more eggs, I don't know if 3 of these are from my inbred ducks having babies but the rest are from my white female an lavender pied drake
Now let me tell u about this inbred situation, in fifth grade I started breeding ducks but I only had one set and hat was a mama and babies and then the mama had babies again with one of her sons and a female had babies with one of her brothers, ad all the babies were healthy, and I had 18 grow up but only 15 leave , 3 died and from being in a nasty cage, some babies had leg problems now this was all in 6th grade, all the babies that had leg problems as adults died so I was left with 13 I think but I'm not sure, but in that time I hatched two white heads and there mom and dad were brother and sister and they were healthy, and so they all livd till the summer of 7th grade , they started laying and some died in winter due to predators, but most females died from not finding good nesting spots and they died due to predators and I had no babies that year , except the ones I hatched in a simple do it urself incubator the and they died , except one male but I didn't know it but he was dumb , like dumb and then by the end of summer like in July , he bred with his grandmother and they had eggs but then when she was sittin on a nest she was hurt and eventually died , but I saved one egg, but also forgot to say , earlier that summer two abba idea did hatch but both died when they were adults and I was so sad because I hand raised ten , but tey were fine because they were females, apparently it doesn't effect girls as bad, and so anyway back to the egg I saved. He hatched and he was extremely dumb he fought with my males as a juvenile, and he had his wing beoke from trying to fly , and fight, and so he's in a cage because he's a danger to himself and others, an then that next summer I got fillings from country hatchery and everything is good now , no note predators, by the end of tht summer all predators were gone, and now everything is safe and I have healthy none inbred babies so everything is good now an I try not to let my ducks inbreed and it's been working out great , but due to inbreeding the ducks have great and powerful wings form that gene never wing able to get out of the gene pool , as I want my babies to have that so in a way inbreeding was a good idea for a while because now I can breed them with oter ducks an those babies be normal and have big powerful wings , when had those second babies they were flying at three months!!! So I hope these babies do the same !!!!!
