I'd separate the drakes where they can still see each other and give the new drake some girls of his own. I have to do that here to keep the piece or fighting is non stop, until breeding season is over. 

but these drakes know each other, came from the same home, but they were free ranged and here they can't free range. Do you think when our larger coop is done that they will settle down a little more? I put food closer to where the drKe picked on stays.

I really doubt it, I have 4 drakes and only 2 get along somewhat and only because the younger 1yr respects the older 2yrs and stays out of his way on 1/2 acre. The other 2 older drakes have their own spaces with their own girls.

well this sux . I was hoping to keep him and the girl. The hen lays 2 eggs almost daily..

Maybe someone else on this thread has had them all get along in pens but I can't imagine mine. I just had to go out and break up a fight between younger and older one that i said got along because of respect. Well that just fell through the floor.

usually my gander can break up a fight but not this time older drake attacked him. Crazy time of year. I'd have let them fight it out as long as no one was getting hurt but they fight up against the fence and beat their wings up so bad.

Kathy very exciting, thats alot of duckling hatching at your place so far this year, have you been keeping count?

Carla a traded for female duck, just hatched eight of her eggs she stole from other scovy, abandoning her nest she setted already.
