Need it wet so that it's see threw so that you can see it's veins and where exactly to make a slice to help it out, at this stage he can't get sticky..If you very carefully remove the membrane you can help it out. I have to do it occasionally for quail eggs. Just keep the membrane moist, not wet, just moist so it doesn't stick.
Give it a day or so, it's just weak and it's been in the crazy position for so long that it will take a little time to get those flabby feet working correctly..The baby is very healthy, it's not very big though, and it feet are still curled up like they would be in the egg, so I think it hatched early, and if one if it's legs aren't formed right I'll get it the expensive surgery to fix it when it gets older
