Our 3rd hatched nest in the past 7 weeks

Haha! That's one happy little girl :)

Got an issue. Babies are 3.5 Weeks old, and one of the boys is yanking mouthfuls of feathers out of the others. I saw him do it, and picked him up. As soon as his feet hit the ground again, he ran over and chomped a mouthful out of another one. He is eating the feathers. Right now he's in solitary confinement and mad about it. Should I boil him an egg to eat and try putting him back? He is really noisy cause he hates being alone.

I've got one like that too mymoneypit, and it's my largest drake :/ I've tried everything to get him to stop but he keeps doing it. So I'm afraid he is destined to go to freezer camp once he is large enough.

Make sure they have plenty of greens. Enough space, and if necessary separate them, and you won't have to put him in te freezer when he gets older, they stop after there getting there adult feathers, but if you do what I said earlier in this info then he or he should stop sooner than that.

My hen hatched about babies about 3 weeks ago. They sold fast, all within 2 days and she hasn't laid any eggs since. The male has been breeding her like crazy and she rebuilt her nest, but no eggs. Is this normal?

Yep it takes a while for the mama hormones to go down and the laying hormones to begin again but i'd say your close. Usually when mine have ducklings it's about 4 weeks after they hatch that she starts to lay again. Didn't she get to keep even 1?
