Hey guys, just get back from school, the teacher I saw pulled the membrane off him and pulled him half way out of the egg and the he came out of the egg this is him now

we are calling him lucky as one, he survived this, two he was actually suppose to be a rotten egg so yeah

Here he is, he is now staying in my room since its warm and we will be putting him back in the nest soon

He's a premie baby :( if they bleed from their navel like that they're premature because the navel hasn't closed yet from absorbing the yolk also you can tell if they're premature if the yolk isn't all the way absorbed, and most of them don't make it :( i lost 2 premie babies this year. Premature babies can have a problem with their legs so just keep a close eye on it. Also make sure it doesn't get jolted around, it can get brain damage

You need to crank the heat in your room to 90 degrees if he's just sitting on your bed or something. Also since your teacher pulled him out too soon, he may not make it....we're all hoping for the best, I hope he's a survivor :/
X2. Why do so many people want to insist on helping them? Hope he makes it.

I would watch that baby closely that's a lot of blood mine never look like that

How old do they have to be to tell if they are male or female? My son has two, they are about 2 1/2 months old and we are all curious if we got really lucky and have a male and female pair.
