he is probably just one that doesn't spend alot of time grooming himself. Not alot you can do other than get some Veterycin spray and clean them out for him. Or rinse his eyes out with a saline wash

Any ideas why they can't successfully hatch out a clutch? Had this happen Spring of last year, too. I did end up having eight Muscovies hatch under a hen in October, but the Spring eggs don't hatch. I'm taking all the new eggs away. I've read that Muscovy eggs are very challenging to incubate properly. Any comments? Hints/tips?
