Huey is gorgeous. Sorry about only getting drakes will you get more females or do you have enough.

We will need females soon. I am actively looking now. We love the drakes, but definitely are female deficient. Our total is now 11 ducks and 10 drakes! We are looking for new homes for some of the Welsh Harlequin and maybe an Ancona boy, or two. Also we have a Golden 300 boy that will likely need a new home. They are all beautiful and people friendly boys, but goodness, their hormones have kicked in and I’ve had to ask our grown children how they would like us to explain the duck behavior to the grandkids!

Here’s Huey, one of the Muscovies we hatched in April of this year (14+ weeks old). I was out feeding all the ducks and geese mealworm treats today in some really strong wind and it had many feathers blowing straight up!

Huey is a beautiful Muscovy and I was so amazed at the patterning of his feathers and coloring under his standing back feathers.

Also, for those of you that remember our struggle to determine the sex of our three Muscovies ... we have 3 hissing boys! That is 100% of our incubator Muscovy hatchlings! We now have drakes galore!

We purchased hatching eggs from Country Hatchery in Wewoka, OK. He was from one of their hatching eggs. All 3 Muscovies are gorgeous, but we hatched all “boy” eggs!

I've been showing off my flock all spring to people I sold chickens too so I had a bunch of people lined up. Scheduled 14 people yesterday to come and pick theirs up. Went really smooth. I didnt have enough but 3 girls are already sitting again.
