They are beautiful, okay now I want more geese, I only have 2...Thank you! I was shocked that they don't quack, but its been a lot of fun raising them. Huey has once, when a guinea cock grabbed her wing, and she promptly bit him! Yes, we sure did get the geese, 2 African, 4 embden. My dominant gander, an Embden is Big G, and Dad is his "pet" or so big G thinks so. If Dad sits on the porch steps, G gets on his lap and no living creature DARES approach them. G will snuggle down and nuzzle his shirt, adorable. We have another gander and 4 goose. My favorite is the African goose WeeWee, she is a lover girl. Same with her, she loves to sit in your lap. She gets very demanding, and will tug your shirt until you pick her up. Here's a baby picture or 4 hehe

I was afraid that it would take them a long time to get used to being with us, & for my Cayugas to warm up to them, But today they are doing great! Zorro & Lucy. Lucy is a broody machine & will hatch w.e you put under her!
