Muscovy question

Question about one of the ducks in the photo. The one in the front is the mother and the one in the back is the daughter. The one in back doesn't seem to be getting the carunkles like the mother is and is a lot darker. Is it possible that a wild duck (not muscovy, I'm in SD and none wild here) bred with the mother? I can try to get a better photo tomorrow if needed.

How old is the daughter? They don't get their full carunkles until they are older. I'm not sure at what age though as I don't have Muscovies myself. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable with this breed will chime in soon.
