muscovy with cloudy eye

My muscovy hen Jadzia has something wrong with her eye, I am not sure what. She keeps the inner eyelid(?) up most of the time so it looks cloudy and periodically has her outer eyelid up too. It does not seem swollen or foamy. I gave her a warm bath and then let her dry and kept her in over night. She seems to be eating and drinking well.

I also posted this in the emergency section this morning and her status has not changed. I tried flushing her eye but it did not seem to do anything.
