muscovys' and rare ducks pics

Yes that is a good feed but it can get expensive like 50 dollars but if you are buying the started that is not too bad for 23 for 25lbs

well if I was you I would definently buy the mazuri ive heard people would lose entire clutches and when they started using mazuri they never lost one!!! in my opinion it either you spend the money and keep thechicks alive or you take a chance I don't think you should be willing too take if you really love woodies

if they have it get a feed for all ages, I buy Purina Flock Raiser because it can be fed from hatch till end of their lives.

I feed my scovies chopped corn and laying crumble because of the protein and just as a warning to everybody one of my males was choking on laying pellets for chickens so after that NO more pellets for my muscovys!!

I like to use crumbles that way when i have babies they can all eat the same, and I ferment their feed so not much is thrown out of the bowls. Is your drake okay now?

Does anybody raise the following:wood ducks, hooded mergansers, ruddy ducks, teal, mandarins, dutch hook bills, and pintail?

Hooded mergansers are divers so they would need a good sized pond with some good water and I have been told they are so we hat h rd to keep alive. Wood ducks are good and hardy as are pintails but wood ducks do better in warm areas . Ruddy ducks are just like hooded mergansers they need good water and are divers. Teal are pretty hardy ducks and they are mainly like a wood duck does better in warm
