Mushroom foragers

Cauliflower mushroom is similar . This is hen for sure . They go from grayish to more white as they mature . I left the gray ones to grow a bit more .
I get a lot of "browner" hen here. Oops the picture went to wrong area of the post......
 
I was gifted these as stumpy mushrooms . Search says also know as honey mushrooms . Doing a spore print to be sure .

I’m adding here,
Size- about a quarter to fifty cent piece across.
Location- not usually in established grassy areas although occasionally, most often They are in the sandy-er soil, “around the edges”, seem to like pine straw, which might point to them liking more acidic soil, and in areas that have partial sun.
