Those look like Oysters.

So found these in the yard under maple tree . Posted on ID forum and got lyophyllum decastes . Fried chicken mushroom . edible it says .

I have something coming up in my garden, I guess it likes the peat moss because it isn't coming up anywhere else nearby.... I got a mushroom ID app on my phone and will try to figure out what they are this evening if they are still there. Don't worry, I'm not going to eat them no matter what so no chance of my poisoning myself with them if I ID wrong, just curious.

tastes like spoiled muddy water
