Mushy Chick

I don't. I have only the one in incubator and one brooder.
You'll have to keep it separate somehow. It's caused by a bacteria which can (and usually will) infect all the others. It will probably kill quite a few of them if you can't keep it separate. Can you put up a wire divider in the brooder? Are any of your eggs pipped? You'll have to clean up the mess before any more hatch.

Ok, got him out and cleaned him up. It looks like poop to me. I was able to get most of it off without causing distress to him. He does seem to have an issue with one of his wings. I put him back in the incubator. He seems to be really struggling. Not able to be up right. I also quickly cleaned up the incubator to get rid of the yuck. Hoping my other chicks are ok.

Glad you got him out. I really don't know what else to tell you. @WVduckchick @Pyxis @BirdsBeesTrees can any of you help?

I think you've covered everything @MGG . 😊 I've never even heard of mushy chick before today and would have classified deaths as failure to survive. 😵
