music

I feel like the odd man out here...My radio in the cruiser never leaves Bluegrass Junction on XM Radio. Considering where i live im real lucky with hearing some live music. Got a music barn down in Shephardsville, another one up in North Vernon and when i can afford it I go out to Owensboro for their shows. Its nice to actually hear a music group play and they sound exactly like they do on CD. I hate hearding music on a CD and then when you see it live its like "is this the same group singing?"

me and my moms b/f where talking about cds and LPS. if you listen to an LP on mono I think the sound waves are better but when you do it on CD its just not the same.

Yep, same for me. I love all that classic and real hardcore stuff, plus a lot of the new punk--my favorite right now is Rise Against. I like music with a real message, and a lot of punk speaks my language! Thank goodness for Sirius sattelite radio. They have a whole channel (29!!) of nothing but punk. It's the only station I listen to!

I'm too old to go to shows anymore though.

i like all kinds of music. the 70's and 80's are the best! (ccr, elton john, police, rick springfield, kiss, jon bon jovi, white snake, journey, i could go on and on) but i pretty much like all of it!

Alternative/punk for me. I'm, ahem, on the wrong side of 30.

High tech punk camo wearing tractor driving dirt farmer. :) Oh well.

Cheers,
Michelle
