They are usually professional hackers. It may or may not look exactly the same. Most people wouldn't notice. They hijack your browser and send you to an almost identical site that keylogs the info you type in. It's very sneaky. A phishing filter helps, but not always.

That's only part of the email address also. There are usually symbols and numbers.
