"If he likes us,Who will be the lead mare...." She said to herself.

Tempest kicked in her sleep. Her hoof clanged against sharp stone, and she woke with a start. After a cursory glance about, she returned to sleep; her mind wondered the same thing Beauty's did. If Jake liked them, who would lead?

"You must've been starving. I thought I was," Tempest said. She glanced briefly at Beauty. "Thanks for showing me the place."

Finished with her grazing, the strawberry roan approached Jake, her head lowered. She curled-up only a few feet from him. "You care if I join you?"

Beauty at until she was full. She laid on the other side of Jake.
(Oh gosh he has so many mares after him XD)

Jake sighed and breathed softly. He grinned inwardly. He arranged himself so that he could touch them both at the same time. The he fell into a soft sleep so that he could keep an eye on the girls.

Jake awoke a while later and quietly got to his feet. He stretched and grunted,awakening. Then he ate some more and looked fondly at Tempest and Beauty. He nickered to them.

Bella nodded and lowered her head to graze beside him.
