Just checked the chicks....all have single combs. Chick 2's comb is just starting to develop...

I didn't see those yellow toesies peeping out on chick #1. Note that I didn't say it was, but that it could be. I'm not into calling EEs ameraucanas, but I am also not into lambasting someone who does not have a notarized pedigree on their chicks!

With all single combs, you do not have brahmas, and you are unlikely to have an EE. Most likely they are all crosses of one sort and another.
