This morning I was letting my hens out to the yard, I usually spread scratch as they are coming out of the coop, Big Mama (only because she is bigger than her sisters) was by me and pooped, but when i looked down, it was accompanied with this fleshy something (looked like raw meet and little fatty sacks around it). I should have taken a picture, but totally forgot my phone in the house. Anyway, it looked like raw chicken meat and attached around it was little "fatty" things. The best I could describe what it resembles was the seeds of a cantaloupe. It was the size of a quarter and not like a lash egg. I had seen something similar a couple of days ago, while cleaning up the poop, but did not know who produced it, until today, when Big Mama pooped in front of me. She is acting "normal" being the queen hen that she is, she is eating and drinking normally, running around and doing her free range activities. Any ideas?
