my 12 week old pullet is making weird noises

she is eating and drinking and playin, the tempeture here is 90 degrees.
she makes this weird scracthy cluck like noise
i wonder if she has a sore throat from panting all day or if she is just growing up

She might be just growing up. I don't think she has a sore throat though. Some breeds make noises like that. I think shes okay. Let me know if I can help!

That may be the case. You can check and see if EE's are like that. I know for sure that Australorps do that scratchy noise. If your chicken is sick, some of the signs are sadness in eyes and inactiveness. Hopefully that helps!
