Well, I'm 16 so I don't have much experience with toddlers at night (but I babysit them during the day). My mum says I was a good baby - I slept through the night from 10 days. I never slept during the day though which drove my mum mad, but she says it was good that I went to sleep easily enough at night and didn't wake up until morning.

My younger sister, on the other hand, is almost fourteen, still won't go to sleep until midnight (with the yelling and screaming and resistance), and wakes up multiple times during the night to go in with mum. I don't think it's a teenager thing as she's always done it!

Oh dear! It seems like your sister sleeps like...well, ME! I have always had severe insomnia! I guess that's why it seems so bad when the little snippets of sleep I do get are interrupted by little Mr. Grumpy Pants! LOL
