My 19 day chick hatched .. HELP PLEASE

That yellow stuff on the bator floor is just hatching debris, not yolk. Your little chick will be OK. It takes them a little while to figure out their surroundings and get their feet under them. She should be running around like a drunken sailor very soon. If there is trouble with the feet, it can be addressed later. Not to worry!

I don't hatch any but I have read many posts from ppl. Apparently putting them in a cup is the norm. Keep us updated.

If this chick hatched on day 19...are you positive that these eggs weren’t under a hen tryin be broody before you gathered them? And. What is the bator temp? One more and.... there is also another what looks to be an external pip in the first pic here. Right above the middle of the bator to the left. So if you have chicks hatchin this soon i would say... either someone was sittin on eggs for several days before you set them or your temps have been kinda high to have one hatch and one external pip. One hatchin is a fluke but two... so ethin nutty is goin on there. So you may not actually have an early bird is what i am tryin get at. ;).

The chick will most likely be fine. Leave it in the bator until say 21 just in case. You want to give its belly time to heal up completely, and you dont want to disturb the other eggs in the process of hatching. I spot atleast one or two external pips from that pic. Provably your heat ran alittle high throughout. One or two degrees F can certainly cause early hatches, but doesn't mean they won't be perfect little chicks. Dont worry if the chicks lye down in weird positions (it looks like they are dead almost, but just resting) hatching is very hard work for them!
