My 3 week old chicks roo or pullet???

This is penny at four weeks... Penny is probably the smallest out of the 5.
Right now has super long wings and tail as do the rest. But was the slowest to grow out. Penny always gives me boy vibes and now this... waddles and red

Now this is Lilo also gives me boy vibes because he's so big.
The big is out of the 5
Super long tail always super long wings Has a larger comb than the rest But has no red.

Im afraid so hope I am able to rehome them when im 100 % sure...even tho I do hear a roo in my neighborhood every morning
