My 3 week old muscovy duck is shaking

the waterer is a one-quart screw on jar.they only have one waterer, but I think they can submerge their beaks/bills.

Thanks for everyone's help! the shaking stopped and he/she is more energetic!

I mixed 1 1/2 cups diatomaceous earth in their 20-25 pound bag of food. I read the ingredient list and it has niacin, do they still need it in a vitamin?

Glad he/she is doing better! Some great advice from others here also, I have taken note on a couple things myself

If they are on duck starter then they may not need the extra niacin or brewers yeast, just keep a watchful eye out for shaky legs that's usually the first sign. and here is a link to a great waterer for ducklings. Sounds like everything else is good there.

My 3 week four Muscovy ducks have the same thing. They were shaking become of cold now I put a lamp in their box. I lost two of them and remaining two are now fine.

I think ducks need to be able to submerge their heads in water. I. I could be wrong. My runners have a chicken waterer but I only use it at night.
