My 4 1/2 month old hen tail fell off!! Help Quick

Tonight my hen was in a hole and it was like trapped so we tried to pull it out and caught his tail by accident and the feathers fells off

It seems to be in pain and keeps sitting. Im afraid it is hurt what can i do to stop infection and help growth will it grow back. It is a speckled sussex. I am extremely sad

Is there any bleeding? Can the bird walk? Do there seem to be any broken bones?
