My 4 Americuana pullets

This one has willow green/yellow legs and definitely not slate like a true Ameraucana.

EEs are very fun birds with fun colors that will lay beautiful blue-green eggs for you!

Not sure on this one... has kind of slate legs, but I don’t know about this guy...

Possible Ameraucana, has muff and slate legs.

I will have to get u some better pics of just their legs . But that 1 does have puff cheeks just angle of pictire couldnt get good pics good them

In that case, you have two EEs and possibly two Ameraucanas, sorry.

The same thing happened to me here in upstate NY. I bought 6 chicks labeled “Ameraucana pullets” at my local TSC and ended up with have 4 EE roosters and 2 EE hens! I do have to say that my EEs have become my favorite hens! They are very colorful, docile and lay beautiful blue/green eggs!

Ameraucanas only come in a few recognized colors (blue, black, wheaten, etc.) and have slate legs. They don't come in any of the colors of the chicks pictured. Easter eggers, on the other hand, are usually very common and cheaper, and they also are often called "Americanas" by hatcheries and feed stores.
