Awe that stinks, I'm sorry that you have to go thru that. I sure hope it's not Marek's, maybe it is just a problem with THAT bird alone. As far as the Sillkie, are you strict about her diet?? Sour Crop can be very hard to get rid of and it can take weeks to get them fixed up. Even a little of the feed can start the cycle back again. Keep pluggin along.
