My 4 Week Old Chicks Have Bald Spots

Hi there, my chick has a bald spot near its wing, and I am worried it is stressed and is picking it's feathers. The chicks chirp really loud and I'm not sure how to calm them down. Please help, thanks, Im new here.

Do you supply heat? Do they have enough room and entertainment in the Brooder. Loud Peeps from Chicks is a stress Call..the baldness could be from pecking or just the down is falling out before the feathers grow in.

Possibly reading to be outside in a larger Coop..Heat sounds too high.

Thank You! I just had someone build a big coop outside and will try to put them there soon, but for now how do u make a dust bath for chicks?
