My 5 Week Chick Has a Bump on Chest

This picture doesn't show his bump real clearly, but was the best I could get. The bump is on the right side of his breast but doesn't seem to hurt him when I touch it. It's quite solid and doesn't move around and is about the size of a walnut shell. Any input will be much appreciated.

I was concerned about my chicks having the same thing. For me it turned out to be just full crops- In the evening, they would eat and eat and get large full crops, by morning they are gone- empty crops. So if it changes from night to morning it should a normal chicken thing. If it stays, it could be an impacted crop. I haven't dealt with that but I think massage can help.
